Delivery
Your furniture will be placed and set up in your home by our trained, professional delivery staff.
Rooms must be cleared in preparation for your delivery. Our drivers cannot remove
or move existing furniture or electronic items.
Our delivery department will call to verify your delivery two days prior to your scheduled date.
Our Guaranteed On Time Delivery program is offered Tuesday through Friday in select
areas. You will receive a 2-hour time window and if we miss it by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a $50 gift certificate with our compliments.
Pick Up
Select merchandise can be made available of pick up at the corporate warehouse or designated locations. Some pick up merchandise requires assembly.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Exchange or return of stock merchandise due to a manufacturing defect must be authorized by the factory. To comply with factory guidelines, merchandise must be inspected by an in-home technician to ensure that items are in their original condition.
Delivery charges and Levin Protection Products are not refundable.
Our corporate offices issues all refund checks within 14 days. Refunds on bankcards will be credited to the bankcard used as payment.
Warranties
One Year Limited Warranty:
Levin warrants to the original purchaser that all furniture it delivers is free from manufacturer defects for one year from date of original delivery. Levin reserves the right to inspect the furniture in your home, repair the furniture in your home, or pick it up for repair. This Limited Warranty covers all furniture purchases excluding clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise includes, “as is” items, floor samples, and discontinued items.
Levin Protection Plan:
Our Levin Protection
Plan offers a five year warranty against stains, tears, rips and burns along with
a structural warranty against accidental breakage on wood products. The best
part of the Levin Protection Plan is that there is no risk to you!! Levin
is there to protect your investment for 5 years but, if you do not have a service
claim during the warranty period we will refund 100% of the Plan purchase price
as an in store credit. Can you afford not to? Ask you sales associate for
details!!!
