Your furniture will be placed and set up in your home by our trained, professional delivery staff. Please have a clear pathway from the entrance to the room in which the furniture or mattress will be placed. Rooms must be cleared in preparation for your delivery. Our drivers cannot remove or move existing furniture or electronic items.
Our delivery department will call to verify your delivery two days prior to your scheduled date. Our Guaranteed On Time Delivery program is offered Tuesday through Friday in select areas. You will receive a 2-hour time window and if we miss it by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a $50 gift certificate with our compliments.
Buildings, Complexes, and Elevators
Most apartment buildings and complexes have certain delivery time and elevator restrictions. Please let us know if there are building restrictions when scheduling your delivery.
Please contact us 3 business days prior should you need to cancel your delivery. Less than 3 business days notice will result in a rescheduling fee of $50.
