Returns and Exchanges Policy

Levin's Return Policy

We understand buying furniture is both a financial and emotional decision. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we offer the following return policy if you happen to change your mind.

  • Our stocked merchandise may be returned within 7 days of pickup or delivery with a 15% restocking/return fee. A one-time re-selection will be offered.
  • Delivery is a service and your original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • A pickup/re-delivery fee will be applied to all returns and re-selections.
  • Accessories may be returned within 48 hours from time of pickup or delivery.
  • Levin’s will repair any manufacturer defect for a one year period from delivery date.
  • If you choose to return merchandise that was delivered, it will be picked up on the next available Tuesday through Friday delivery date. Saturday pickup is not available for returns.
  • Sauder home office items, mattresses, box springs, adjustable bases, and lift chairs are not returnable under our Levin’s return policy. Select mattresses may qualify for a comfort guarantee. Please see store for details.

Special Orders

Special orders are items manufactured by customer request. Special orders are not items that Levin’s stocks. These items require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Special order merchandise is not subject to cancellation or return. All special order merchandise must be scheduled for delivery within 30 days of arrival at our corporate warehouse.

Delivery is a service and the fees are non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all re-selections and returns. Refunds of purchases paid by cash or check will be refunded by check. Checks will be issued up to 15 business days from return date. Purchases paid by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card charged. Financed purchases are refunded to the financing company.


You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason if reported within 1 day of receipt and returned within 3 days in new condition. A 15% Restocking Free will apply to regular in stock merchandise, Special Order items will result in loss of the 30% deposit, plus all applicable pick-up and delivery charges. Clearance Items are not eligible for return. Delivery charges and Platinum Protection Products are non-refundable.

Platinum Protection Plan

Our Platinum Protection Plan offers a 5 year warranty against accidental stains, tears, rips and burns. The plan also comes with a structural warranty against accidental breakage on wood products. The best part of the Platinum Protection Plan is that there is no risk to you. Levin’s is there to protect your investment for 5 years. If you do not have a service claim during the warranty period, we will refund 100% of the Plan purchase price as in-store credit. Ask your sales associate for details.

One Year Limited Warranty

Levin’s stands behind all manufacturer limited warranties with free parts and labor for one year from the delivery date. Levin’s reserves the right to inspect the furniture in your home, repair the furniture in your home or pick the furniture up for repair. This Limited warranty covers all furniture purchases, excluding clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise includes “as is” items, floor samples, closeouts and discontinued items. Warranties for commercial use are not offered by our manufacturers.

Bedding Warranties

We want you to have the best nights of sleep possible. Our 120 Day Comfort Guarantee is available to customer who purchase both a mattress protector and properly fitted pillow along with a Mattress $799 or more. As-Is Mattresses are not eligible for the comfort guarantee. Since your body takes time to adjust to a new mattress, you must sleep on your new mattress for 30 days before a one-time re-selection is available. You have after the 30th day to the 120th day to decide if the Mattress is right for you. Re-selections must be for equal or greater value. A $149 processing fee will apply to all comfort guarantee re-selections.


Carefully inspect all pictures, lamps, accessories and area rugs before taking the items from the store. Accessory items are not serviced.
