Does Levin Furniture and Mattress Offer Next Day delivery? 

Yes, Levin Furniture and Mattress offers Next Day delivery on qualifying items in eligible areas.

Is there a minimum purchase required to qualify for White Glove Delivery Service? 

No minimum purchase is required on qualifying items, but additional fees may apply.

Can I track my order for direct ship merchandise? 

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation email or text from Levin Furniture and Mattress. When you receive the delivery confirmation email or text, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the delivery carrier's website. We recommend tracking your order to ensure it is delivered successfully.

Will delivery include rearranging my furniture or removing old furniture?

No, delivery personnel are not permitted to remove, move or stage any furniture currently in your home. With White Glove Delivery, for an additional fee, we will remove and recycle an old mattress with the purchase of a new mattress.  

*Mattresses will be removed from home and recycled at the delivery team’s discretion.  

Does Levin Furniture and Mattress deliver to all 50 States and P.O. Boxes? 

States available for parcel shipping will be indicated in product details. 

What are the exchange/return fees associated with White Glove Delivery items?

What items are delivered via Parcel Shipping?

Select furniture and accessory items will ship directly from the manufacturer via ground shipping. A separate tracking number will be provided by carrier.

Is Parcel Shipping free?

Yes. Enjoy free Parcel Shipping to qualifying states for all our rugs, pillows, wall art, other home accessories, and select furniture items. No minimum amount is required.

May I request Parcel Shipping?

No need to request it. Items available for Parcel Shipping will automatically be set up for Parcel Shipping when you checkout.

Must I be present during the time of delivery?

You are not required to be home at the time of delivery, but once item has been delivered by the carrier, you are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

Where will my furniture be placed with direct shipping?

Items will be delivered to the address provided at the time of order. The exact placement of package is at the discretion of the parcel carrier. Most items are left right outside the residence or in a parcel locker. 

What happens if my package is stolen?

Once your order has been delivered, you are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. In the case of theft, you should contact your local authorities. In cases of damage from shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. 

What if it is raining or snowing when my parcel delivery is supposed to arrive?

In the case of inclement weather such as rain or snow, the carrier may attempt to deliver your order to an area protected from the elements (e.g. covered porch). As soon as a package is delivered, the customer is responsible for any damage caused by the elements. We recommend that someone is available for safekeeping of the package at time of delivery to avoid damage.
